Founder
With over 20 years of experience leading global work on gender equality and social inclusion, Alex Munive, founder of Matriz Solutions, has advised UN agencies, governments, and international NGOs on inclusive policy and program design. He has led groundbreaking initiatives including the development of gender transformative leadership programs for government ministers, youth-led advocacy campaigns, and multi-country research studies on child marriage and urban safety for girls.
